Back to Aurora Cabin

Hi everyone...

In 2011 I will once again be participating in the 2011 SAL BLOG which you can find by clicking on the link in my sidebar or HERE.... go take a look and apply to join in the fun - you won't regret it as there are a bunch of lovely ladies waiting to cheer you to the finish line.

At the end of last year I changed my SAL piece from the Aurora Cabin for which you will find updates on this blog from Jan 1st 2010 to the Geisha piece as I wished to get it finished to gift to my best friend for Christmas.... well life happened so I decided to keep the Geisha piece as my SAL this year until it was finished hopefully for her Birthday in February... BUT whilst I was working on the Geisha on the weekend I discovered GASP that I was a few stitches out and for the life of me I can't figure out where the mistake is.  I unpulled where I thought it was but its still out...

SO... I have packed it away for a bit (destined to become an unfinished UFO?)

So for the people that read my blog and don't have time to track back and find my updates here -  I will be working on this piece - Aurora Cabin

This photo shows a picture of where I was up to and  what it looked like before I started stitching on it again.

Please forgive the creases... I was in such a hurry to snap the photo and start stitching that I didn't think about ironing it :)

Hey Char... I have a question about your project. Did you use the fabric that came with the kit? Or, did you use something else?
